Who IS this guy?
River City Strategy was founded by Justin Siller-Clark. Justin was born and raised in San Antonio and has a passion for community. That’s why this theme is woven into the very basis of River City Strategy, from the name to the commitment to support local nonprofits. Justin graduated from East Central High School, he holds a BSBA with a concentration in Marketing from The University of the Incarnate Word, and serves the community in many ways. Justin was a founding member of the local nonprofit - Driving Single Parents - that helps single parents regain their independence by giving them a car at no cost to them. Justin is also a past President of the San Antonio chapter of the American Marketing Association where he lead the reinvestment into diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. Justin and his husband, Brian, have built a life in San Antonio together with their three dogs and two cats.
What’s the 80/20 Rule?
Our 80/20 philosophy states that we will reinvest 20% of all profits back into the community. This calculation will be established annually and will be calculated after all business expenses have been paid. Every year, we will select a 501c3 nonprofit, to partner with that will receive the funds indicated. Nonprofits headquartered in San Antonio will be given preference and the awarded amount may be split between multiple nonprofits. Selection of a nonprofit will be at the sole discretion of the owner of River City Strategy.
*We legally have to say… This policy is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the owner of the company. While we don’t anticipate any changes, it’s important to ensure we have some flexibility in this aspect because of the unique nature of this program. We will try our best to alert any clients ahead of time if this policy is considered to have changed.
